I like the idea that it's off the floor and compact. As far as loud is concerned, it doesn't seem too bad. The only thing I would think is a downside is that you have to move the vehicle to the vacuum instead of just rolling a vacuum to the car. But for a smaller shop/garage it seems darn nice! Thanks so much for the review. Helps a lot, Brian.
Brian it’s a good vacuum for the shop. I like the idea and the way it is wall mounted. You should have had a helping hand putting onto the brackets. You are like me I don’t want to ask for help I do things myself. The vacuum should hold up well but keep us posted. Thanks again for this project and idea ✊💎
Brian, thanks for bring this to our attention. I have a whole house vac for use in the shop. But the hose has always been a pain. This seems to be the way to go.👍
Thanks for sharing Brian. Even though this may not be designed for professionals per se, it seems to make sense for most people. I plan to pick one up myself.
I’ve been hearing from a certain fan group that the Giraffe tools are terrible. Is that not the case? Are the pressure washers and vacuums any good and what are they compareable to?
Depends what group. My guess the Obsessed Garage Group. Nothing new there. Anything for attention. They are decent but not aimed at a high volume shop. More like the enthusiast with a sweet garage set up. That said....so far, they are holding up just fine in my high volume shop setting.
There are two versions.....Remote and one without. I am glad I have the bluetooth remote.

In our shop, this one bay is designated for Maintenance visits. The hose will easily reach the whole vehicle. Great point.

Fingers crossed......I will update.
Now that’s a cool add to your shop!!!
Great video looking forward to see how it performs!! Thanks Brian!!
I like this kinda vac...👌🏻
It is decent for, lets say a maintenance bay or the enthusiast.

The only negative...its not a wet/dry vac
@ true, but is have several wet and dry vacs.

It actually is great for the Maintenance cleaning bay. No wet/dry vac needed there.
Hey Brian. Can you do a quick tutorial on how to re-grease that rod? Like what product to use and the process? Thanks.
This works fine…www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-25326/Lubricants/Liquid-Wrench-White-Lithium-Lubricant
I would love one of those. Seems a little bulky for a home garage
You would need a 3X3 ft area for sure.
I am so interested in this vac
It is great for a maintenance cleaning bay. Or home garage. Keep in mind...it is a dry vac only.
What we need is wifi suction!
YES!!

@ right in Brian. Ya from what I’ve seen they aren’t bad at all. Can’t complain about a vacuum that “sucks”
