I've been to China several times and have Chinese family members. There is an expression that translates to "shit work". This is not shit work. I have never seen this level of workmanship and attention to detail in China. I would be happy for this fella to work on any of my trucks.
Because it's countries managed by idiots. Like Brazil is starting to be. We are no more true man and we are becoming insecure man modern man, full of fears. Crating too much rules to live for stupid population that accepts anything from governments.
Lots of ingenuity in u.s. you have to have a DOT inspector sign off on repairs like that usually more often than not if a chassis is broken they just junk it here when it could be fixed you do really nice work
NO, chassis are heat treated, that's why they don't get repaired. I left the US 20 years ago and I have seen first hand what happens when frames are modified

Now this guy is a certified hands on welder and engineer... Great workmanship.
Nice CAD “cardboard aided design “ 👍 😊

Nah..... Illegal here. You can't do stuff like that in Australia without engineers certifying the job.
Big no no in uk
Australian are the dump bro. Engineering certification is a piece of paper if they don't know how to do the job. In most of cases that happens.

Decent 👍👍👊👊👊👊👊
good job come fix my chasis
What rod are you using to weld truck frames?
dip n dab rods for people who cant weld overhead
I'm pretty sure this frame has already broken or at least bent
👍👍👍
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
How to do it without CNG
Alee partacz
The music is horrible, every video you make with music I have to turn the sound off :o(
Nice work, BUT IT IS going to break again because you DO NOT weld to a truck frame
Cómo se va a romper si le puso una coraza por dentro y luego la placa grande por fuera todo eso después de haber soldado las quebradas
