put a piece of plastic or glad wrap inside of your burger ring when pressing the shape ..... it won't stick and will just fall out , makes it easier and quicker ., nice burger van and a catchy name , good work
So many things wrong... I'm sure it's good but could be improved. Make the pepper/salt after that there are no bitter substances. Roast the bacon, not cook it and after burn it for the show inside it's still limp not crunchy. Use fresh onions, crunchy and spicy.
No, in Thailand they put it sometimes in milk or just leave it without cooling that it's getting a little bit sour. Then the meat is no more red 😉 I know it because I live here.
