    I highly recommend looking into Lara Briden’s books, one on Period Repair Manual and another on Hormone repair manual. She has been focusing on a more holistic approach for women’s health for decades and is a wealth of info!

      Great suggestion. I wonder if castor oil packs would help with the cramping. Castor oil packs can be profoundly healing. (Organic and hexane-free oil.)

    Omg being a woman is so frustrating. Like why do we have to doctor ourselves to feel better?? I had a bout of back-to-back UTIs a few years ago and the doc was like JuSt TaKe An AnTiBiOtIc EvErY dAy and I was like… no. So I healed the UTI naturally on my own and haven’t had one since. BUT my friend who’s struggled with UTIs her whole life said some women experience UTI symptoms before their period with the fluctuation of hormones, so sounds like balancing yours with a doc that will actually listen to you will be extremely helpful!! Good luck to you!! ❤️❤️

Everything you described and your month is how i was every single day for MONTHS. Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to every conceive, these are bad bad diseases and i pray you can get your symptoms under control. Trust me when i say i know exactly how you're feeling!

    Awwww girl, I'm wishing you comfort and relief from your pain. I had endometriosis, the lasar surgery helped a lot. I don't have Adeno, but had 2 UTIs this past year which was so unusual for me, ughhhh such a pain. I totally feel for you, it sounds so painful and I'm sorry you're dealing with this. You and your husband are so cute, have a beautiful peaceful weekend ❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻✨️✨️

    I had Endometrioses, Adenomyosis, Fibroids and a cyst on one of my ovaries. Yeah, that was fun times. I know exactly how you feel. There is no cure for Adenomyosis other than a hysterectomy. I had one seven years ago at 46 and I have seriously never felt better! I didn’t realize how horrible I actually felt until after I had it done and felt amazing. Glad you now have answers. Sending prayers your way!

    Girl!!! I have been going through the same things for YEARS. I'm 41 yrs. old and I have recently found out that I have a tumor sitting on my uterus as well.😭😮‍💨 I'm right on the verge of a hysterectomy. I have a pre-op appointment soon. I really don't want to do it, but I'm like you....I CAN'T continue to live like this. The older you get, the harder it is to cope with (for me anyway). I wish you the best of luck with your situation. I know how it feels and my heart goes out to you.💗🙏🙏🙏

    Doctors did not help me. I learned about progesterone cream from health from health food store. I started it and it was like a miracle. I went from night to day. Panic attacks also disappeared etc. I got my life back.

    You should also look into mold toxicity and parasites as these can also cause all the symptoms you are having. Get to the root cause even though your doctor gave you a diagnosis 🙂

    If your reproductive journey continues I’d love to hear about your experiences. I have two cysts on one ovary and inhomogenous uterine lining and need to get a D&C but am putting it off. You’re definitely not alone, I had to fight to get taken seriously too. I also have sporadic blood pressure which can cause me UTI symptoms, migraines, and back flank pain if it escalates too high. Since we share similar symptoms that might be something to monitor especially if you take meds for cramps and over do them (I did which caused some light kidney damage. Kidneys control blood pressure.) My UTi feeling / migraine / back pain symptoms greatly subsided after taking Amlodipine and Spironalactone (however you spell it)

    I wish influencers would stop providing false medical information. Adenomyosis has nothing to do with your ovaries - it occurs when endometrial tissue (uterine lining) grows into the muscular wall of your uterus (myometrium). There is no cure for this at all besides having a hysterectomy. So many women struggle with this and I’m hoping they don’t see this video and think there is “research” they can do to cure their pain 🙄

    • @patriciagoodwin1922
      @patriciagoodwin1922 6 місяців тому +2

      She never said it had to do with her ovaries. She said she has a cyst and her ovaries get inflamed causing bloating and pain. Don't go after her for saying what her experience is and after her doctor gave her information regarding HER SITUATION.

    • @rachmiller
      @rachmiller 6 місяців тому

      She literally said, “someone with adenomyosis has very dense ovaries”. So yes, she did but go off.

    • @patriciagoodwin1922
      @patriciagoodwin1922 6 місяців тому +1

      @@rachmillershe said her doctor said ovaries and organs can be dense. You don't need to go after her, she's already in enough pain and you posting a nasty comment isn't going to help her at all.

    • @susanbrechbiel7033
      @susanbrechbiel7033 6 місяців тому +2

      You are literally being out of line with your comment n being disrespectful to her on her own channel! You do not need to attack her on here, she is trying to just share what she has been going through and what her dr is telling her, she did not say she was an expert n knows everything like you apparently are proclaiming! Riley tries to keep her channel positive n a platform of sharing n caring n trying to help others, if u can’t do that yourself in a positive way n in a kind manner then perhaps consider keeping your comments to yourself instead of criticizing, insulting, n the mean spirit in your comments was obviously noticed by us so there is that, some ppl are just unbelievable n so rude, n u r one of them sadly, be kind n supportive please u don’t know what someone else may be going through unless u are literally walking in their yours!

    • @rachmiller
      @rachmiller 6 місяців тому

      No where in my comment was I out of line or disrespectful. I literally explained what the actual medical diagnosis was in case there are people watching who are sadly misinformed by her. PLEASE get a grip and learn how to correctly spell her name if you’re such a big fan
