Me and the homie from Longo rushed some Asians, we got away with it, while the cops just grab some random piasa's that we're towards the end of the line that weren't even in the mix .
As for your foot, you likely have been compensating with your gate in order to reduce the discomfort of the growth and you have likely inflamed the plantar tendon. Sit with your heel resting on the floor and your foot pointing straight up. Simultaneously pull back on your 4 small toes while pressing your foot forward, thus forcing a stretch of the plantar tendon. Rinse and repeat several times per day, and especially do this first thing in the morning.
You can't use a parachute from a helicopter because of the propeller, and the fact that they aren't high enough. That's why they use the fast ropes to get off a helicopter. And off you were low enough to jump off and survive, a parachute definitely wouldn't of worked. Lol. I was army infantry, but that's not why I know that. Common sense
