Hello again, there are plenty of Sleep Token fans, like myself, who are thoroughly enjoying living vicariously through you reacting to these songs for the first time. You are still only the 5th or 6th UA-cam reactor, that I have seen, to go all the way back to these first two EPs and react like this. Kudos.
I suspect the only person "in the know" is Vessel. Given the deeply personal nature of these lyrics, I'm not sure he's even shared the full meaning with the band. I feel like each lyric and the entire story is written deliberately with several narrative strands, which each of us will follow as they mean something specific to us.
It's worth mentioning the context of these two EPs. One was self-recorded, produced and released by Vessel in 2016. Two was released (21st July 2017) after Sleep Token had been signed to Basick records (May 2017) and was produced by George Lever. The Lore was published by the record label and Vessel gave the first of only two interviews to Metal Hammer magazine. They played their first live gig (or ritual) on 17th June 2017, by which point ii) the drummer had become part of the group.
My first introduction to Sleep Token was Nazareth and of course the lyrics are disturbing. I have only recently established a coherent interpretation of the narrative story or Lore, which I won't share in full here. What I would say is that if the loss sung with such desperation on Calcutta is permanent (i.e. death) then that changes the context of Nazareth, leaving just one person left. I feel the mention of a mirror is significant.
There is a video for Calcutta, where you see part of Vessel's face, without the mask. It's well worth watching, every part of their art forms a part of the story.
Really looking forward to the rest of your Sleep Token journey. The three singles - Jaws, The Way That You Were and Hey Ya - released in 2018 are all very different before you get to enjoy the Sundowning album (2019) for the first time. I'm not jealous, honest!

I would interpret "make her eat the tape in the bathroom mirror" as tying and gaging her, in front of a mirror so she can see what he is going to do to her. And I also think he uses the word "fuck" literally as much as symbolically in this song (which is indeed the most disturbing thing I heard from Vessel ^^')

I'm not sure how Calcutta is represented musically, but the official video does allude to the Festival of Colors, which if I remember correctly, celebrates love (among other ideas).

To me, Calcutta is waking up after a dream in which he remembers time with his lost love (time lived again), and imagines a conversation with her in which she wants to stay with him. He wakes saying her name and tries to cling to the dream as it slips away from him.
Nazareth is disturbing, but can be interpreted as a story of drug use, with the theme of addiction (not necessarily to drugs) fitting much of the Sleep Token story. Eating the tape is tying off your arm, the hollow point is a needle.

I'm really enjoying this and your lyrical breakdowns. Nazareth has always been interesting to me because I think it's the most overtly nefarious Vessel lyrically gets and if I'm not mistaken, it's the only time he swears in any of their songs. I could absolutely be forgetting something, but someone will correct me if I'm off. Either way, he doesn't swear often at all in his lyrics and if there's one thing I know about them, it's that nothing they do is by accident. Everything has a purpose and meaning, so that word is very much intentional. I wish I had a profound conclusion or theory about this, but I think it really is to underscore the vengeance he's feeling, like you pointed out.
Last thing: they're not a christian band at all, but there's a lot of biblical references and symbolism in their music and song titles, along with pieces of myths and gods of other cultures. On Two specifically, the three cities are significant in the story of Jesus. One feels a lot like Adam, and of course, their latest record has more overt references, like Eden. There's a thread that ties them together somewhere but I'm not smart enough to pull it. The overall story of a deity who appears to someone and uses them as a mouthpiece is all over every religion, but the specific story of Sleep is oddly familiar of a Norse legend that completely escapes me at the moment. To back that up, Sleep Token uses runes a whole lot. Something there too, maybe? Or just the ramblings of a UA-cam commenter? Could be either. Could be both. Regardless, great stuff, as always.

Three citys of faith. This album shows he fully surrendered too sleep. In one we found sleep and vessel is suduced by her. Pulled away from eden. In two sleep is using that loyalty to have him hurt eden when hes awake. So she will come to him in his sleep. When he speaks as sleep is when he swears usually. Sleeps wrath for eden is coming because shes jealous. So she wants him to fuck her up. As a token of his devoted faith in sleep. He doesnt see or he sees shes using him but he isnt standing up for himself yetm that isnt until take me back to eden. Now hes all sleeps vessel of wrath.

The fade outs to ST songs are often criticised by reactors, but i piked y0ur anaolgy at the end of Calcutta. I feel it leaves the songs somehow open ended, inconclusive, an ellipses rather than an end or sense of finality - suggests that Vessel's expression or emotions is/are ongoing.

Really enjoying not working as hard as I should be and instead watching your entire ST journey! Nazareth always intrigues me because lyrically it seems so different to everything else they've ever done. Sometimes I think that maybe it was something a band or artist does early on and then doesn't want to revisit, but Vessel never seems to do anything unintentional and this is also still in their live sets. If I had the chance to ask Vessel about any one song it would be this one! Loving the journey so far 😊❤

With sleeptoken i get alot of voreism. The gods demand willful human sacrifices. She eats them. So throughout the albums he emphasizes eating. Take a bite. Vore. He dines on old encounters between them until he remember that memory where she said you taste like new flesh and demanded he say her name over and over again while she started to eat him maybe? But hes completely in love with her so he will do anything. In calcutta shes asking him how committed he is and its always such a sad thing we he says you dont even know. Shes got him bad here

Nazareth is domestic violence for not getting what he is asking for/wanting
