it's the 4509 ( not the 4905 ), small typo in title, but beautiful coach and I think the price new is around $790,000, but a deal like that would be good, with 2024 models coming out now, price makes sense.., but no lithium batteries, upgrading to lithium would be expensive.

Thank you for catching the typo. It is brand new, MSRP is $795K.
They probably won't do much of changes to this coach next year, and the price is very good for such motorhome.
