Very nice property, but I don't understand why you guys don't build walking closets and separate laundry room with washer and dryer machine. I really don't know how in the world you do laundry with no dryer machine, so you do laundry and wait for the sun to dry it and you iron them by hand? When you can just use a dryer machine and have it ready within an hour. One more thing is a window inside the shower that is so weird, it's ok to have window a bathroom, but not in the shower. Sorry, that is my personal opinion. Thank you for sharing!.
LUXURY VILLA with a garage for only 1 car???? no laundry room, just a small room to place a sad washing machine??!!! Kitchen is no so big neither, not so much space in the counter top to prep food. Bathrooms and bedrooms are good sieze though. A lot of windows and light throughout the whole house, that is nice.
studio7 I'm sure he's a decent guy that's not the point I'm trying to impress upon the firm, if your selling what is obviously a very nice property it might be wise to spend a little cash and employ a professional presenter to put that polish on it it's just a personal opinion but I think the guy spoils the advert
