I don’t think it’s BigHit honestly. I think they feed us Jikook moments if anything! There are so many photos and videos that are questionable af that BigHit have still released to us. I think realistically, it’s Probably Jikook themselves. I think they enjoy teasing it with us ARMYs because they love and trust us but realistically Korean society is not accepting of gay couples (yet!). And I can’t imagine them coming out until atleast AFTER going to the mandatory military training. ... my thoughts on the lack of JiKook moments in the Butter MV/ Performance Anyone who watches a lot of JiKook content is maybe familiar with the 'Push/Pull' dynamic of their relationship. But I don’t think that only applies to their personal interactions. I think it also works for JiKook with BTS and BigHit/HYBE. They love them, support them and enjoy the synergy between the two ... but sometimes it gets intense, all consuming - (Think about Dynamite/BE era and how blessed we were). Then there’s some nerves/nervousness about all the attention the boys are getting (Rose Bowl anyone?) so they ask them (maybe) to scale back their pda (the concerts that followed Rose Bowl) .. It never lasts for long. The moments start to slowly come back, until the cycle starts over. Of course I'm just rambling here, but it’s something I’ve noticed. 💜💛

Let me first say...I love Jikook and their bond💜💜.What I noticed (and I hate) is how the narrative of BH separating, cutting scenes, etc storyline that was so prevalent for Taekook is all I’m seeing now for Jikook; almost verbatim. It’s strange, especially being new Army(3 months). Jimin is quieter and interacting less with JK on camera, and there’s this awkwardness when they do interact. But then we’ll see the behind the scenes and they seem normal or will notice the camera and move away from each other. It’s all very weird. I’m not sure if anyone noticed in “You Quiz on the Block” Jk laughed and went straight to Jimin who had stepped back away from the others and as Jk approached him, Jimin motioned for him to not get close. In the recent McDonald’s video- Jimin looked at Jk as he was talking and started to smile then in a second his expression changed and he looked sad or upset. I try not to ship them romantically but even as friends there’s something off about all of this. I’m also seeing a lot of edits and turning the smallest things into something that it’s not(like I saw in Taekook videos). The one thing about Jikook that made us so different is there was no need for any of that. No deep analysis, editing, or made up storylines. 87% of the videos I’ve seen are literally just their moments. Nothing crazy. And their bond was evident.
The company is protecting the artists from harm, criticism, harsh comments that would jeopardize everything, bullies and take into consideration the culture too. I know that it's suppression of their rights and their emotions but for now they have to abide. I know also that sometimes, how much you tried to keep and hide it, the truth will always surfaces.

Big hit needs to just let them be. They’ve been doing this for years now and it’s only going to get worse. Anyone who watches a lot of JiKook content is maybe familiar with the 'Push/Pull' dynamic of their relationship. But I don’t think that only applies to their personal interactions. I think it also works for JiKook with BTS and BigHit/HYBE. They love them, support them and enjoy the synergy between the two ... but sometimes it gets intense, all consuming - (Think about Dynamite/BE era and how blessed we were). Then there’s some nerves/nervousness about all the attention the boys are getting (Rose Bowl anyone?) so they ask them (maybe) to scale back their pda (the concerts that followed Rose Bowl) .. It never lasts for long. The moments start to slowly come back, until the cycle starts over.
Of course I'm just rambling here, but it’s something I’ve noticed. 💜💛

I want to thank this channel for capturing and sharing the moment where Jikook is separated by RM’s stare. Unfortunately, you clearly don’t have the background information on why this behavior is taking place, so now it’s just another “Big Hit is keeping them apart and RM is just following the company’s directives” moment. Let me first say...I love Jikook and their bond💜💜.What I noticed (and I hate) is how the narrative of BH separating, cutting scenes, etc storyline that was so prevalent for Taekook is all I’m seeing now for Jikook; almost verbatim. It’s strange, especially being new Army(3 months). Jimin is quieter and interacting less with JK on camera, and there’s this awkwardness when they do interact. But then we’ll see the behind the scenes and they seem normal or will notice the camera and move away from each other. It’s all very weird. I’m not sure if anyone noticed in “You Quiz on the Block” Jk laughed and went straight to Jimin who had stepped back away from the others and as Jk approached him, Jimin motioned for him to not get close. In the recent McDonald’s video- Jimin looked at Jk as he was talking and started to smile then in a second his expression changed and he looked sad or upset. I try not to ship them romantically but even as friends there’s something off about all of this. I’m also seeing a lot of edits and turning the smallest things into something that it’s not(like I saw in Taekook videos). The one thing about Jikook that made us so different is there was no need for any of that. No deep analysis, editing, or made up storylines. 87% of the videos I’ve seen are literally just their moments. Nothing crazy. And their bond was evident.
I keep waiting for you all to put 2+2 together with the Jikook ‘differences’ recently, but alas, few have. I will wait a little longer…then…
The company is protecting the artists from harm, criticism, harsh comments that would jeopardize everything, bullies and take into consideration the culture too. I know that it's suppression of their rights and their emotions but for now they have to abide. I know also that sometimes, how much you tried to keep and hide it, the truth will always surfaces.
Can’t wait for the ‘truth’ to surface, unfortunately, it will not be the one the vast majority of Jikookers are ‘expecting’, sadly.
