Thank you for saying it👏🏼 I was SO disappointed by Possibilities!!!! I kept hearing how sexy it is and how amazingly beautiful it is, so I trusted the hype and blind purchased a bottle. Ugh. It’s just another straight up rose-heavy floral to my nose. I don’t like it at all, and I don’t understand the hype! Maybe at some point I’ll learn to stop blind buying!!!😂😩💸
I did the same! I was shocked. But I do like it after a couple hours.. That rose chills out and the akigala wood (I think?) becomes more prominent..
Some of these UA-camrs have personalities that of car salesmen, they will say anything to make the fragrance sound appealing and make you want to use their discount code.
We are all so different. For me, Possibilities is a masterpiece! I have been stopped by strangers saying I smell fantastic.

Totally agree with you on Piano Santal. I felt that people were smelling something else. It smelled like pencil shavings to me. I had to declutter. But Blanche Bête was an absolute love!

11 11 is AMAZING!!!! But in my opinion, Skin is more sweet and floral.
Love Blanche Bete and Attrape Reves! The chocolate comes out in the dry down in Attrape Reves and it’s actually pretty strong. I remember one night I was wondering why I smelled chocolate and then remembered I sprayed Attrape Reves earlier and that it has a chocolate note. I was amazed because I don’t smell it at all initially. It changes.
But I HATE Possibilities it does not smell good to me at all.
I wore AR all day and couldn't pick out the chocolate! I'm jealous, I love that note!! 😆 I'm glad those 2 were such a hit for you! ❤️

I am really considering buying the Tales of Zanzibar, I really like it as well as the coffee smell of the Original. I agree with her about meet me at the Sky. That I seriously didn’t like. The opening was great but the dry down was very bitter on me.
Also MOAPC has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I actually haven’t smelled any of these except I do have Noir Exquis and Thé Noir 29 - both of which I love. NE really hits the spot when I want a sweet, cozy scent and I’m a heaux for fig so TN29 does it for me 😂

It might be due to my mood, the weather, the time of year, or other random factors, but I haven’t felt very impressed by much of anything I have tried lately! I was intentionally trying to sample more and slow buy, but despite trying a large variety of scents, I haven’t found any new loves recently. I really should declutter but my time, energy, and motivation has been lacking. I’m sure it’ll come back soon enough 😂 thanks for the reviews!

Little late for a party but nevermind i hope 😁 i’ve yet discovered Possibilities, someone gifted me a sample, never heard before. For me it is a pure feminine fragrance, sexy and sensual. Really love the way how Louise Turner used pink pepper combined with rose and freesia, spiciness that is so addictive.
So no hype for me, just a love.

Completely understand everyone’s likes and dislikes. perfume is absolutely subjective to your chemistry and your nose. With that said, I think it’s OK just to have a good smelling perfume. it doesn’t necessarily have to blow you away. you get compliments from a good smelling perfume as well. Most people have no clue what they’re smelling as long as it smells good. But I always enjoy a ‘blow your mind perfume’ as a Collector. Thanks so much for your reviews. You have definitely introduced me to some really great perfumes.

I was with you on Possibilities- but I must say the sexiness comes out in the drydown, and the uniqueness. It becomes sultry there. I do own a small bottle, but I still never wear it, so in a way I'm still with you.
I do love Piano Santal but it's not as unique as people claim. It's very similar to Loewe 001 Woman which gets no respect. I have both and blind bought Puano Santal so I didn't quite realize I didn't need it. Anyway the kind of sandalwood I can't deal with is the dill pickle kind, and these two handily stay away from that at least..
Noir Exkeez is the pronunciation! Thank you for trying to be correct. If there is an e after the s on exquis(e)- depending on whether they wrote Noire or Noir, you would say exkeez- no s you say exkee
I love Allende by Xerjoff, it's fresh and even office friendly straight vanilla, but very addictive 👌

My favorite linear vanilla is Escapade Gourmande, its syrupy sugary and had actual staying power! Its my favorite linear vanilla, in addition to Tihota. But I don't own a bottle of Vaniglia, just a decant. I own 2 bottles of Escapade Gourmande. Everyone needs a good straight vanilla, try Escapade Gourmande!
Those were unfortunately some of the vanillas that didn't hit the spot for me, but I'm glad you're enjoying them! ❤️

Mazzolari vanigila is a love for me because its something that lasts a super long time on my skin and its hard for me to find things that last as my skin eats up some scents!! But I totally get why you don't want it as you like your scents complex .Rose is not a note that I think is easy to jive with so when people hype rose scents I am skeptical as hell. I have a delina exclusif sample and I am preparing myself.

It is so interesting that You dislike mimosa note, but like Iris Malikhan - it has very prominent mimosa note. To me it smells like something green, mimosa and smooth leather. Mimosa to me gives it it’s powderiness.
That one is so well blended to me, and I actually don’t really pick up on the mimosa in there

Piano Santal was a big disappointment for me. Weirdly, I didn't find it very creamy at all. Blanche Bete actually elicited sadness when I first tried it and somehow evokes powdered baby formula.

Ganymede smells like cumin to me in the mid note which is a no 😢 - I rarely disagree with you bec we have similar taste. I just bought the dupe of angels share… I wanted the boozy notes so I might buy the small bottle of angels share.
You should try DUAs Vaniglias Dream..its a mix of vaniglia and idult tihota but the oil concentration is pumped up..super gourmand addictive. also curious if you have ever tried Mercedes Benz club black..its compared to Guerlain SDV but its more straight forward vanilla/benzoin.
I wasn't a fan of Possibilities either. It was overloaded with freesia.

I like Khamrah because it doesn't have the buzzy note 😅 feminine leaning tbh...I'd pay AS price for Khamrah, longevity, scent bubble and stands on its own.

I really wanted to love Piano santal but to my nose it smelled very.. alcoholic/perfumy, I don't know there was something off about it. And I didn't get the whole "creamy, sensual, skin like sandalwood" effect, it wasn't bad but definitely not a love. From L'orchestre parfum I really recommend Ambre Cello. This one was a true surprise for me, I really didn't expect to love it as much but damn.. It's a beautiful bergamot/amber/vanilla perfume, very mysterious and sexy but wearable at the same time. The "duality" in this fragrance reminded me of eau duelle (they're not similar in any way expect from this) the freshness of the bergamot and the deeper almost woody amber. A very unique and beautiful amber, and not very talked about in the frag community.
Also, I'm so glad that you like Khamrah, cause I usually have very similar taste than you and I blind bought it, it arrives tomorrow !

Agree with the Le Labo house. I bought a few samples and didn’t find anything to like. Rose 31 is especially disagreeable for me since I couldn’t quite get past my first impression that it smelled like curry (i find it similar to Frederic Malle’s portrait of a lady, which I didn’t care for). Peace to fans!

Funny and maybe kinda weird story….I kept seeing the number 11:11…to the point of even watching a movie bc 11:11 came up in the feed…long story short, I then saw the 11:11 perfume and felt like for some reason 😂 I just had to have it…despite the crazy story of how I ended up with 11:11, I’m glad I have it 😆

I really dislike Blanche Bête. On my skin it smells like rotten milk. I had to shower and scrub down but I could still smell it 😢
Totally feel the same about piano santal, blanche bete and don't get the hype for le labo. Most of the time I love sandalwood so I was so sureI needed piano santal in my life but it was a big dislike 🤣
As far as straight forward vanillas go, I love Sucre Noir by Arte Profumi
Piano Santal was the worst fragrance I smelt a few years ago…fast forward to now. I have a bottle! Something clicked with the fragrance. That being said, Milky Musk by Parle Moi de Parfum is amazing! Better than Piano Santal :)

You made mention of the rose note in the LV perfume. I’m trying HARD to find a rosé perfume I love and have fell flat. I feel like rose is the epitome of female fragrances and I want a perfume with that note but not super strong. Does that make sense? Do you have a rose perfume video ma’am? lol

Sorry to see hear the Couleur Vanille and Bana Banana don’t work for you. I have both in my collection, and experience them differently than you do. I adore Couleur Vanille but I understand what you say about the “dirty marine water” 😂 but I interpret it as a bit of an earthy or dusty aspect and it doesn’t bother me.
