Think im going to order a few replacements too. Donors good, however, for the sake of a few pounds. Rather go new haha. Will report back soon!

Hi Kartik - thanks for the question. I have only ever seem them for sale a complete items (the cable and the USB port and button) - never seen just the cable on its own.. Have you tried looking on AliExpress? They might have it on there?
My bind button broke and fell in console??? But usb works is there any other way to sync controller without bind button ? Or shall I get it fixed or buy wired controller

How much to fix mine i opened mine up changed the thermal paste and when I put it all back together the bind button didn't work and nor dose the front usb what I did was solder a wire on the usb and to I think pin 2 on the motherboard board to get the bind button to work as I needed it to get my new arctis 9x headset to pair. So what's your fee to do the repairs
I replaced the thermal paste of my xbox one X. I am so stupid. I put de connector on the motherboard and started putting the screws in. Then I noticed later that it needed to connect to the motherboard. Well both pins broken... :( So stupid, didn't look good enough.
@@snoopyer7 Be careful as there are actually two different connectors that Microsoft used - the most common one is part number 538-51338-0274 but I am yet to find the other part number for the other version

Gob smacked at how fragile XBOX One X is. So many problems with the machine. Our machine was not that old. Got an Oculus Quest 2 now so that will have to for him.

What is the chemical you use to clean the motherboard?
Hi Calvin - it is IPA (isopropyl alcohol) which is a cleaner to remove flux (and general dirt).

You can connect the controller with a USB cable and it will sync to the Xbox

I followed Andrew Paul's guide on UA-cam on hdmi and bind button fix thats how I found out about soldering the wire 😀
