Professor Constancio Paranal is the Normandy Chair for Peace and Island Innovation, organizations that address community issues, working with small businesses and organizations that deliver campaigns that support mental awareness and diversity, at the Shidler College of Business. Professor Paranal joins us with three students, Kent Le, Crystal Valtiera and Melanie Yang, to share their work and the insights they gained on this project.
