Thanks! So far, we can: - Add Biollante to the game through various methods - Modify textures - Modify effect like beams and explosions - Replace audio (only done on Xbox so far) - Edit scripts to some degree - Remove the shield barriers on stages - Swap stages and characters around - Edit in-game text - Edit camera settings and swap type of camera (there's a free camera) - Edit parameters listed in game_rules.txt like gravity settings - Edit interface screens I think that's about it.
@@MrGameguyC I don't believe it does. I think the scripts are mostly for setting up the game modes themselves rather than the attributes of individual entities. Editing scripts is how I created the free roam mode. There is one script that might set up a few attributes for some of the characters, but I think the majority would be located in the "MonsterData" file in the character bundles (the format of which is currently unresearched).
@@ShiftyGuy777 You can extract all of the files from the GSTE and Xbox GDAMM bundles using this script for QuickBMS: www.mediafire.com/file/y991mo1qdnswoi4/Pipeworks+Bundle+Files+v3.bms/file
Godzilla: nothing can stop me
Los Angeles: hold my building
Man, this really makes me want another Atari Pipeworks Godzilla game.
Geez, those are pretty strong planes they got there. A stomp from Godzilla can't be destroyed.
Awesome!
In a nutshell, what's possible so far in G:STE modding?

@@DylanRocket Sick!
Does script editing include attack damage, health on the playable monsters, tanks, and buildings?

@@DylanRocket It seems I can't extract the files that contain MONSTER_DATA. Any programs to extract it?
