It worked for me if I waited 3 days then I could log into the game again. or what also works is to play genshin impact with geforce now, the free version. After 2 days with only GeForce Now I was able to log into the game normally again with Genshin Impact Launcher.
@@daoneandonlyuwu6975 suggestion is try logging in on Genshin Cloud, add one account to your existing Hoyo Acc and link other emails (Facebook, Twitter, or Google) and then try logging in using that newly linked email/accounts.

the fucking game is smart seems like it has ai it seems to place it somewhere else instead of regedit i think its sometimes in the game folder or perflogs folder on your computer i deleted all but seems like the AI caught up and place it in its asshole i cant reach
