😂🤣 we learned our lesson years ago about getting full buckets from the beach when we had to carry it out to the truck 😂. Great job getting that Au fam. Keep on having fun and living the dream. Gold Squad Out 🤠
G'Day Kevin, What a great video adventure, Gold from beach sand, what a awesome place to sluice for Gold. You're very lucky to live near a Gold rich beach. Cheers Kev
Nice beach and dang it's loaded with garnet sands. that creek your sluice was set up in, looks interesting enough to explore and do some sampling in. Until next time, May You Always Have A Flash In Your Pan!!!
Thanks for watching Ed, the beach is a fun place to find gold and platinum and tons of red garnet sands too. I’ve sampled The creek but found nothing there.
Looks like winter might be coming to an end! I'm in Newberg myself, and have been working on a prototype to remove magnetic material from raw feed. I wonder it would let you remove magnetic sands from your buckets prior to hauling them back up the beach to your sluice? That is my goal for the project anyways. Let me know if you would be interested in someone coming along on your next trip to test it out.
It will be meant for wet sands. I started working on the idea after a trip to Cape Disappointment, realizing I was hauling around just as much black sands as blonds/gold/etc. But i think the real bonus will be in the fact that you don't have black sands competing for space in the sluice box. The problem right now is being able to process about a shovelful in the time it takes to get the next shovelful ready, if that makes any sense? @@Goldhunter7769
Yep, it is meant to work wet sand. Started working on the idea after a trip to Cape Disappointment and realizing that I was hauling nearly as much magnetic sand as I was blonds/gold/etc. It works great at separating out the magnetic s at the moment, but I am trying to get the cycle time down. I would like to be able to process a shovel full of raw feed in about the time it takes to collect the next shovel. As in, I don't want feeding the magnetic separator to be the bottleneck in the process, if that makes sense. @@Goldhunter7769

Great video. Looks like Whiskey run area. I've always wondered whethwr the gold came from the creek or the Ocean. But your hot spot is 1/2 mile from the creek makes me think it comes from the ocean or bank deposits?
Yes I go couple times a month but UA-cam is not great place for messages. Please Shoot me a hello on my Facebook messenger same name GoldHunter 77 thanks
Ah really wasn’t enough to weigh, probably under half gram. I hear you though, it’s annoying without the final weigh but this beach gold is a major pain to clean, dry and weigh. It evens sticks all over my weight tray. When I get more I’ll weigh it up.
@@ralphyboy3636 no but the ranger lets everyone drive down in their trucks which I don’t understand. An E bike with a trailer connection to my gorilla cart might do. They are really expensive though.
@@Goldhunter7769 so as long as it's electric? That's a rule that could easily be worked around. Even just a power wagon would make life easier. Small motor. Decent battery... gear reduction and a stop and go button. Hell even I could cheaply figure that out.

Thanks bro! Yeah I got a bit greedy on my first haul 😂 I paid the price

Hey Thanks man, yes fun place!
Nice day at the beach great job liberating that AU from the water and the dirt
Looking like a great day what a stunning beach love the shot of sluice Looking up the creek 👏👍
It’s a fun and scenic area!
That looked like a good size flake of platinum!
Great video.
🙏❤️🌲
I think it was, didn't quite have the mercury look. Thanks for watching and dropping a comment.
Very nice beach gold buddy , Top job , 👍👍I would love to try that beach gold Hunting , cause the beach is Awesome . Well done !!!! Cheers Ned . ✌
Thanks my fellow Gold Hunter! High 5 from the Coast of Oregon 😎
Nice day out there! Glad the weather was nice and the tide was right. Love the flag on the sluice!
Was a great day out there and yes, the tide is the most important thing for beach mining well that and finding the black sand
Another fantastic day on the beach. The pics were great at the end.
Glad you liked em Fire! Thanks for dropping another comment!
I love that carpet stuff on the beach. It really holds on to the gold and DOESNT let it go, which is a little annoying come clean up time
True, I have a giant tub and garden hose full blast with a scrubber gets most of it.

The creek but found nothing there.
Another good day. You have probably built up a nice pile of platinum by now i would imagine 👍
Getting there! Once it’s dried up it looks like way less 😂
Love the coast😁
Another great video! A trip to the South Coast is definitely in the plan this year.
That water flow looks great.
Heavy Pans!!!
Always appreciate it Rob thanks for watching. There’s nothing quite like beach mining. It’s pretty fun experience.
Looks great good day got shiny thanks got my stickers on my bucket
Right on!
Well, I didn't have a Facebook account so I made one, and I think I found you there.
I believe that gold is the only source of freedom from the slavery of securities🎖️
Well put and as JP Morgan famously said: Gold is money, everything else is credit.

I understand and am intrigued with your invention. Hopefully I can see a prototype in action someday.
Well, any idea when your next beach trip might be coming up? if its not too soon, maybe I can come along. @@Goldhunter7769
Wish I wasn’t afraid to run a sluice down here on the beach…I just bring buckets home.. I’m jealous
It's fine here just no motorized, pumps etc on the beach or else I'd be using a gold cube or similar.

Most comes from ocean. But started from rogue river and even Columbia River. Thanks!
What's da goal man ...no no no

No final weight up of the gold? Maybe get a Riverdance Jig for much better recovery.

After 30 years of construction/concrete? Half a bucket is a full bucket.
I remember the first time I tried this and hauled 14 buckets over 1/4 mile and back. Maybe when I’m feeling more energetic. Or buy a four wheeler
@@Goldhunter7769 are 4 wheelers allowed on the beach?
