I cracked JEE this year with AIR 3325. I can totally relate . From only 70 marks in first advanced mock test to 170 marks in finalJEE advanced and that too in last one month was very difficult because of the loss of motivation after that first mock test.

I cleared JEE advanced (first attempt) in 2020. I thought wow I'm lucky I didn't even feel like I studied the past two years, I have a good brain, etc. But looking back, now I realised that I studied 12 hrs a day, 6 days a week. I didn't feel like I worked hard, because I loved it. I didn't care about the result. I was calm.
My suggestion to JEE aspirants is be calm. You might feel stressed at the time of results, but try to stay calm during your preparation and exam time. Love the process, forget the result.
