Any parents first reaction on seeing their child injured is to call ambulance or go to hospital asap but talwars dint do anything ..neither they checked her pulse to confirm if she is alive or not . Their first reaction was look what hemraj has done .
Let’s just say for a sec that The parents did it! If you’re a father and you enter the room of your 13 year old daughter and see your servant all over her! Will you protect her at that moment or go to another room and bring a golf stick to hit the daughter and the servant! 2nd Hemraj was found dead on the terrace with his sleepers on! Will Hemraj let the father take him to the terrace let him kill them without anybody noticing? It’s just CBI’s incompetence behaviour and they fucked up with the evidence! @Krishna Swami Servant wouldn't clean up Aarushi's vaginal cavity after murder. Only a medico will do it to eliminate any forensic/DNA evidence that would otherwise lead the CBI to her relationship with a man. Then it won't take much time for CBI to find out who that man was/is. Also, no servant would use a surgical instrument to sever his victims.
Local cops and some other IOs may have been paid to mislead the investigation and with so much time lost, it's almost impossible to gather clinching evidence.
If you just go by circumstantial evidence, a high-school graduate will tell with high certainty that Rajesh Talwar killer Aarushi in a fit of rage. Nupur supported Rajesh in misleading the investigation because having lost her daughter, she did not want to lose her husband. That would put her in the worst spot.

Talwar must have murdered hemraj. Otherwise, why would talwar give money to the police and ask them to search for hemraj in the railway station when asked for the keys to the terrace? Next day hemraj’s body was found in the terrace. This is my clinching evidence that talwar murdered hemraj.

I’ve seen the mothers interviews which everyone seems to be picking apart for no reason talking about how “cold” and “emotionless” she looks. Someone who has never been depressed would think she looks emotionless but as someone who has felt HOPELESSNESS before, she was feeling DESPONDENT. Her child was murdered her husband was jailed and everyone was scrutinizing her family picking it apart and spreading rumors about the family and airing out dirty laundry. Her interviews show a real woman handling her new reality. It’s ridiculous how everyone has been dragging her name through the mud despite having no basis for it, she never says anything that would even me incriminating people just don’t like her vibes (and I think all of you mindless sheep are deplorable) THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH ENOUGH without you people picking them apart for no reason.

I wonder if the parents said 'look what Hemraj has done' after calling and looking for him in the house and not finding him there. If so they could have assumed he is responsible. However if they said that without even looking for him in the house that would be quite suspicious.

Probably hemraj killed aarushi, the parents witnessed it and killed hemraj in a fit of rage. The way aarushi's body was treated after the murder was in contrast to how hemraj was treated,while aarushi's body was covered with a blanket and her dolls were kept near her,but hemraj's body was thrown away. The parents didn't want to find the killer because they know who killed their child.

Yeah thats because the police never isolated the crime scene, media people, were rampaging through out the crime scene. Heck they did not check the terrace even, which investigator never checks the crime scene properly? That too because talavrs said they cannot find the terrace keys. You smell fishy right there. Also best thing was no traces of talwars was found on arushi's dead body. What is your first thought when you see some one dead, and in case "beloved" daughter. I think even hardest people will at least check the pulse. Or breathing. They did not even go near the body. Fyi - every medical person is taught basic of forensics

As per present court verdict- the lower court solved it like simple mathematical query- there were 4 people - 2 were murdered and 2 were alive so those who were alive murdered them.
This Aarushi Hemraj tangle was based on the information the UP police gathered from either one of Aarushi's friends or Talwar himself... There is absolutely no doubt on that...there was no way the police was going to construct a storyline by themselves on a high profile case as this which was extensively covered by the media.
UP Police chief Gurudarshan Singh in the first media briefing ever on Aarushi Hemraj murder said the Rajesh Talwar found Hemraj in his daughter's room in objectionable but not compromising position. Who provided him with this information? No police officer ever is going to make such a false claim for he knows the consequences of it.
The police chief was transferred and his mouth was shut for ever. No one ever asked him who precisely gave him that information. Some said it was Krishna who provided the information but the fact is, it could not be...some of Aarushi's friends who were questioned might have shared some information which they knew or they suspected. A friend of hers was bundled into a Jeep and questioned for a few hours, likewise we don't know how many...
Rajesh Talwar at first took the blame of the murder which is why the police chief gave such a statement, however Talwar retracted on his words in court, he said he agreed to have committed the crime under duress.
From there on this case saw media, legal experts, CBI, investigation officers, social media enthusiasts take sides...to the extent that this case has come to a closure with 'No Absolute' suspect.
Many people believe it to be a botched up investigation...well what if it is not? What if the crux of the finding of the CBI is close to the truth if not fully true.
Well explained..what u said about the police person saying about arushi n hemraj sounds correct as there seems to be no other motive for this murder . The only thing which contradict this theory is that if hemraj n arushi were found in compromising position then there should have been hemraj blood sample in arushi room but not even a single blood trace of hemraj was found . And it's not possible to clean blood from a place as slightest of blood can be detected using luminol spray .

Well, by the time they came for such inspection, the room was extensively cleaned leaving no stone unturned.
Infact the very day in the presence of police officers,even before the postmortem was completed, the room was cleaned.

Just watched the movie "Talwar" and i am deeply hurt by the kind of probe carried out by our "respected" esteemed CBI, the top notch investigation agency of the country. Didn't expect great from UP police. bUt CBI has done a great job. Shameful act. I spit on CBI. On the basis of mere circumstances, they declared parents guilty. Forensic reports manipulated. Last, they say she was murdered as she was characterless. My heart goes with the parents who lost their only child. And now, only they are going to bear the brunt for rest of their life. JUSTICE is done to Arushi!! F**k this kind of Law and justice.

Please don't think that the events and evidences mentioned in the film is the absolute truth. Read and analyze the real news reports and then try to find by yourself. Initially, the police had lots of evidences, but most of them were willingly allowed to be destroyed especially by the parents themselves like cremating the body of Aarushi in haste and wiping and cleaning up the bedroom and mattress etc. This seems to indicate that the parents may have bribed the police and police allowed and botched up many of the evidences. Just think, if anyone's daughter gets brutally murdered, the parents will be willing and hell bent upon to preserve the evidences and help the police to catch the murderer. Here, the opposite seems to have happened. But still the parents seems to have tremendous love for their daughter, but it happened in the fit of rage..

In the morning 2 are seen dead and 2 in another room in the house. This shows these 2 killed the other 2. If someone else had come at night inside the house and killed the 2, then these 2 must have seen them, isn't it? It was not a planned murder. It just happened in a fit of rage. Across the globe there are several cases of spouses killing each other, parents killing kids or vice versa. If one can't control his/her emotions, anything is possible. You can't apply rationale and logic to those actions.
In Aarushi's case, Rajesh found Aarushi in an objectionable position with Hemraj, and killed her in a fit of rage. Having lost his only daughter, he did not want to spare Hemraj...because he was the reason. Then Nupur having lost her only child did not want to lose he husband.

The parents were not guilty the servants were guilty as hemraj had got a call around 8 pm from a near by Std and they on the phone must have planned for drinking... And now it takes a turn y did the cbi did not see any cctv footages or any other things nearby roads of the suspect servants... Clear cut cbi will not loose their honor... CBI DID THE HONOR KILLING...also why would arushi and hemrajs phones were stolen and if her mom called up hemraj's phone... The call was accepted and switched off... The phone was damn somewhere very far out from that place... All bullshit... The servant who was working in hospital with arushis dad also was asking for revenge... Omg...also the phone of arushi was taken to the way nepal... Y t f it was in route... The mom and dad were so multi talented???... If there was a test how many hours the mother and father slept y didn't they do that??? If there may be such a test... And if the phone had to be destroyed of Boths... Her father had to go out of the building to atleast get it disposed off... I mean what investigation did these Bullshits do???? In my case the servant killed her and hemraj... Hemraj was made a victim after the death of arushi.... Did the forensics checked hemrajs blood??? No they did not even mention if he was drank that night... All bullshit... The murder did not happen between 12 to 1 am that's too a Bullshit... Arushis father went to sleep closed the door... The servants knows when they sleep they enter they drink the watch the song... The forensics did not test their bloods as well... There was urine in toilets samples were not taken all those shitters peed there... And as they were drinking something bad happened to arushi... While one was peeing outside hemraj went to see him where he is... He must have also grabbed the whisky bottle which was kept on the table... Limited resources for alcohol as they were not highly paid caused the bottle of whisky to come out from the cupboard...
