3.Sinhala (The Language linguistically classified into North Indian Language family along with Hindi,Marathi.Due to its origin from Sanskrit and Pali.Grammertical structure,most of word roots trace back to Sanskrit or Pali)
Below is the Translation:
1.Sinhala part
Siddaartha was born in Suurya wansha(Lineage of Aaditya),Clash of Shaakya,as the Crown Prince.
Royal Astrologers predicted he will either be a Emperor (Chakrawarthii Raaja) or Great Ascetic/Sage/Muni who will conquer the world with dharma.
His father along Shaakya Clan wanted to be him a Emperor.He was their hope for emperor dream.
But,He left his crown and family for Greater good of humanity.Then he searched the truth of life.
Then he got enlightened.
North Indian people had a belief about a awakend saviour who will relieve them from suffering.They called this awakendd holy man ,"Buddha".They were hoping to arrive.
So indian people started to call him "Buddha".
2.Sanskrit part
Siddartha Gautam Bawa dukka Shunyam :- Siddaartha Gautam zeroed the suffering (Dukka) of Samsara(Bawa)
Deewaathi Deewam :- (He is the)God of Gods
(explaination:- Even heavenly beings like dewas,brahmas payed homage to buddha.They regularly met him in midnights using their glowing aircrafts called "Vimaana".For more details look in Maha mangala sutta and many suttas .
Asuras, Nagas,Rakshayas payed homage to buddha)
Lookagra Janatham :- He was the top of world(Looka).
He was the advisor/counsellor of the people.(Jana naatha)
3. Pali Part
wandee bagawam arahantham :-
I pay my homage to the luckiest exceptional one,
who had a life without sins even in secret.
wandee sugatham bagawantham :-i pay my homage to the person who had holy/sacred journy/path,the luckiest exceptional one.
wandee buddam bagawantham :- I pay my homage to Budda,the luckiest/exceptional one.
wandee wandee baghawantham: I pay my homage, I pay my homage, to the luckiest/excellent one.
4.Last sinhala part
