Thank you so much for your time and effort, don't mind the purists criticism about the music, actually chotis is the music from Madrid but Madrid is also a place that has integrated and welcomed people from all over Spain, the Hispanic countries and the world for decades, most people from Madrid love flamenco and they also like Latino rhythms, welcome to Madrid and enjoy your holidays.
I’ve really enjoyed this Madrid tour, and I’m happy you have shown some spots that are not talked about in most vlogs, such as Plaza de la Villa or Madrid Río. For me, the authentic hidden gem is Jardín Campo del Moro, just under the terrace between the Almudena Cathedral and Royal Palace (but you don’t have access from there). It’s a beautiful park, from which you have stunning views of the Royal Palace on top. Madrid’s cloudy sky in September is just beautiful ❤
Nunca enseñáis el recorrido de Madrid Rio o las 4 torres que son muy emblemáticas de Madrid pero ponéis todos el pié en el km 0 o en el mercado hipercaro cuando hay otros mucho más baratos
💛💛💛❤❤❤💛💛💛 Hi guys,, It is important to know that around Madrid, less than an hour away by car, there are cities such as Toledo, Segovia, Aranjuez, La Granja, El Escorial, Avila, etc., places full of nature, history, palaces and art. And only 45 minutes north of Madrid in the Navacerrada mountains, in winter there are ski slopes where you can come to ski in winter!!
Love the idea of being able to Ski so close to the city! Thanks for all the info Juan. We’ll make sure to explore more of the surrounding area next time we’re there.
@@Travel_with_the_Blairs En vuestra próxima visita pasaos por El Escorial y por el Valle de los Caídos. Están muy cerca uno del otro y ambos os encantarán. Seguro que podréis hacer un video espectacular.
The fact that you put caribbean music on the first part of the video is a BIG red flag for me. Spain is a european country and we have our own music, specially in Madrid, which is definetely not flamenco nor salsa or bachata. Also, it is not Plaza Major, it's Plaza Mayor, and it is not Sofía Reina Museum, it is Reina Sofía Museum, which translates to Queen Sofía Museum (in gratitude to the previous Queen of Spain) Overall, the quality of the video is really good but it is really sad to see how you missed the chance to put madrilian music instead of flamenco music. Flamenco is from the south of Spain, not from Madrid nor from the whole country. I don't blame you because that is probably what you have seen in other UA-cam videos from other anglosaxon tourists, but it is sad to see how people don't really make the effort of doing a bit of research and realize that flamenco has nothing to do with Madrid. I hope you enjoyed your staying in our beautiful royal capital
Why do you play Caribbean music in the background if the video is about Spain? And there is not only flamenco or Celtic music, there is also traditional folk music that you should have perhaps looked for. Spanish culture is very rich, please don't be typical and don't use so many clichés.

Thanks for the comment. We loved our time in Madrid and will definitely be back.

Se os olvidó el Valle de los Caídos...
No está muy lejos de la ciudad y es algo verdaderamente impresionante.
It does look impressive. We didn’t realise it was so close.

Hi, thanks so much for the information. We loved our time in Madrid and are keen to learn as much as we can about this beautiful country.
I have enjoyed great flamenco in Madrid. You do not have to go to Andalucía.
Caribean Music, in Europe ???????
