In this video, we will show you detailed instructions on how to properly wrap, fry, and drain your turon to make it super crispy, and flaky, with a long-lasting crunch, using the usual traditional ingredients. We'll show you how to make a toffee coating, too!

Can we wrap the turon ahead of time po and place them in the fridge ahead of time (uncooked)? Will it affect its taste?
The moisture from the banana will ruin the wrapper and make it turn soggy so that is not advisable.
