I've never known the miku pedal to sound like an actual vocal track. I guess it's cos they know how the language flows. We try and force it into English speaking rhythms and it sounds like a garbled mess.
The Miku pedal is based on Hatsune Miku from the Vocaloid voice synthesizing software. That song's vocals were made with that software. The pedal is a novelty based on the success of the software and the characters.

4 years later, man. I think you should give it another listen. Vocaloid allows for people to can't sing to otherwise open Pandora's box in terms of music. Get out of the self-imposed comfort zone and spread your wings. There's music out there you'd never dream of once you do.
@@Lunarrbaseyoure so right lol sometime last year I think vocaloid started growing on me and I really dig it. So I'm here trying this again. Unfortunately it seems like my taste has changed in regards to the production. like i think the guitar tone and the piano don't mesh as well as they could. the actual melody is good still though. I think its also the mix, the piano could be blended in better like, i think its a little too loud in comparison. hm is late for me so I'll listen to the rest tomorrow 🎉🎉
