    I weighed in today, and I finally hit 190. I was 212 when I started back in February. Absolutely excited to keep going towards my goal of 165/170. Next short term goal is 180/185 by January.

    Love this video! I’m reverse dieting myself right now doing much better than after my first show for sure but still binge when I’m stressed every once in a while my trigger foods are almonds/almond butter and rice cakes 😂 won’t be rebuying till I chill out a little more

    Chris, you must try the Dutch breakfast peanut butter sandwich. You just take one slice of wholegrain bread, put peanut butter on it and put chocolate sprinkles on top of the peanut butter. I am telling you, it is heaven.

      Try Maingaining.
      Add 90 to 100 extra calories. Gain and keep the muscle that was built. Bulking then cutting typically loose a large chunk. Doing it thus way aim to add 4lbs of actual muscle each month.
      Any more calories will be adding fat that one will need to then cut ✂️ later.

    Search the web for 'Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Copycat Recipe'. I've done copycat seasonings and it's worked well for what I've tried. You have to have all of the ingredients of course, but then you can customize it to your liking.

    We should start calling it Reverse Cutting because that's what it is. Reason 1: Technically a reverse diet is not eating at all. Reason 2: People keep thinking they're reverse dieting every time they go to IckyDonald's. Reason 3: You can totally brand it as your own thing and revolutionize the industry with something they already have. Jk.... not really though. SERIOUSLY though, the misunderstanding of nutrition and exercise that exists in this country is ridiculous. Btw, I appreciate how you break down the meals with tips for life. Thank you.

    One way i stop myself from binging is just resorting to eating rice cakes if I’m craving snacks. They are super filling and even if you go crazy and have like 6, its only 300 calories

    The easiest way to stay on track post-show is to give yourself another goal, after the show you're kinda in this little grey area where there's no clear goal in sight and youll stray away from your diet.
