Holmes is very reliant on his splitter, which is a ground ball inducing pitch. If that pitch isn’t working, they sit dead red.

Hes not clutch and his pitch arsenal is too limited. He cant consiste hit his spots. Not a solid closer.
Sick of the guy forgetting how to throw balls away from bats halfway through the season. He did this two years in a role and it's shaping up to be the third season, even David Robertson was more trustworthy than the guy and that doesn't say much. Not to mention that game may have been our best chance of winning the series.

No closer, a catcher who can't throw out any base stealer, a bullpen that has gone from one of the games best to absolutely unwatchable, a lineup without Judge and Soto that features a bunch of old slow garbage that can't put the bat on the ball, and they consider themselves a world series championship team.
