Had the same problem. You need to get a decent reputation in that area first so the guy wants to talk/trade with you - same goes with every other vendor - they're just not interested if not reached a certain level/stage/task. I made the fail to discover certain things 2early - like the meth recipe - and got stuck in the task to discover one as i already got it 2early. :(
@@c0mb4ti3nt3 you have to go around all the shops and initiate dialoge asking about ethanol, warehouse… eventually the quest will resume that’s how you will be able to buy from him
I cannot find out how to put money in a bank anywhere
In the pawn shop on the left island of the archipelago there is a shelving unit at the back, you can deposit and withdraw money from there and you can do the same in any pawn shop later on in the game 👍
