BTech Food Technology is 4years course where as BSc Food Technology is 3years. After BTech you can become a Food engineer where as in BSc you cannot because there you will not be thaught with some Food Engineering subjects in BSc. A Student with BTech is more preferred than the BSc Food Technology.After completion of BSc Food Technology one should go for MSc for more job opportunities where as BTech Food Technology is equal to MSc food technology. In BTech we can have internship training in the last semester whereas in BSc there are no such options but after MSc they can have.
