i see auto bhop 2:00 and also after everybody died they respawned in the saferoom at 100 hp? also if someone was to heal it would'nt go to 100% health

auto bhop because it is tas (tool assisted speedrun), not an official form of speedrunning. And some maps regain your health to 100, even in various official maps like third map of hard rain.
