This was supposed to be some background study noise but it immediately gave me so much ASMR I want to crash into a nap now, whoops lol. I don't know what it is about her voice or her energy but she's insanely relaxing!!!
This practitioner is incredible. Such sound advice it really resonated with me too and it seems like many others in the comments. I don’t normally believe in reiki but i would seriously consider having a session here!!
Paying money to get scammed and help to rerproduce anti-scientific mumbo jumbo sounds not super ethical tbh.
I recognize myself so much in what you said about instantly forgetting to focus when you leave a session like this. I'm seeing a psychologist atm and in that session, what they're saying to me makes SO much sense and I feel really empowered and like I have the tools I need to function when I'm in that room. But as soon as I go home I feel like I forget everything and don't know how to handle whatever it is I need to work on🤷🏻♀️

Just wanted to say thank you. This advice is so good. This year I decided to try to move my life forward in a way that I want it not what I feel like others want me to do. (which is super hard haha) I don't really believe in reiki and tarot (super relaxing and fun) but this video came at a good time so thank you again

@erikad0511 Would you believe that I used to have this problem? With watching ASMR videos with a migraine and them being just kinda too loud? and the solution I found that worked for me (and made me feel big dumb for not thinking of it before) was *turning down the volume.* Either on my computer or on the video.

How does a person take care of themselves energetically exactly?
Being selective in who you share your time with, who you let in your presence, on the phone, in your head etc.
Best way to protect your energy is creating healthy boundaries ✨️
