@scaryboy4841 I would like to, but I'm afraid this video will be blocked soon. It's visible for a short period of time because I've sent a claim to UA-cam for fair use of copyright content
In the claim, they wrote me that this video will be online until the owner decide what to do. They have 30 days to decide, leave it visible or block it.
@@e.c.chronicles1989 The whole YT copyright thing is just barmy. Even Leland Sklar has grief with it and finds it infuriating. Let people enjoy the music. The owner can still take the proceeds and it introduces new people to the artist.
I remember seeing this at the time on TV, and being blown away. It’s perfect. Improvised, never repeated. It builds to such a crescendo, and the arrangement by the MGs is inspired. One of my favourite EC performances of all time, and that’s some tough competition!
it was a one-time chance to pay homage to Bob, and EC, with all the respect he has for Bob, was going to make sure he did just that. And did it better than anyone else. Richie Havens' was another all in performance. RH moved me, EC rocked me and Bob made it all possible! I remember the years of folk and country music pretty much sounded like ONE LONG SONG. Then Bob came along!
One of the all time best performances by EC at this concert, in my opinion. Love Minus Zero was also good, although more restrained. He then carries Knockin On Heaven’s Door at the end with the guitar. I remember watching it when it aired. Thanks for uploading!
while EC decries Crossroads as being his greatest solo (although still great) I wonder if he would consider this as one of his greatest solos (in my book, it is!)
Could this be at the same timeline Cream was inducted in Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or From the Cradle was released? E.C. was tasteful in 1990 but fierce in 1995.
I know this is a EC channel, but can you upload the George Harrison performance from this in this quality 🥺
I'd love to see that, too.🤞

O M G!!!! This is blues power… Only the Almighty could have topped that.

PS - I have been listening to Clapton since the 1960s and I actually think his singing is even better now. Two thumbs up, sir!
50 years a fan, not seen a finer performance by him.
I love it when he plays like he's on a mission. One can bet that this great man would do just that 9/10 times. Wonderful footage.

By the end, band members all grinning at each other. Awesome.
The casual 'that's me done and walk off feeling cool' moment 😄
this is the greatest cover of this song and in a decent resolution. thanks for mounting it for as long as it lasts!
E.C top of the BEST, insane this performance.

This gives me chills - the best rendition of this song I've ever heard. I( have not heard George Harrison's yet.)
one of his best
Saw EC earlier this year and he still has the chops.
With the equally great Steve Cropper and Duck Dunn..the MG'S..wow just wow..amazing band
WOW don't begin to cover it.
Clapton ¡¡¡ INCENDIARY !!!
