- The Walk-to-run function lets the user easily switch from walking to running in the Basis Mode of Genium and Genium X3. For training it´s easiest to start walking and speed up to running. The exercises train even weight shifting and generates trust to load the prosthesis.

I've struggled to get back to the point to be able to run when needed. I've often wondered if it's because I have my full femur therefore a short knee to ground length. After watching this I'm excited to try some of the techniques demonstrated in this video. LOVE my X3.
