HOW TO MAKE A FLUFFY MASA (RICE PANCAKES)

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of soaked tuwo rice (soak for 3hours or overnight)
1/2 cup cooked short grain rice
1 tablespoon baking powder (optional)
1 tablespoon yeast
Punch if salt
Oil for frying
Serve with any soup of choice🤤
