“Nurses are still widely neglected despite of their multitudinous sacrifices both from their personal lives and job. They are still seen as people that are meant to clean up the shambles that other people left for them. People tend to not see the real essence and importance of the people in this job, people just see this profession as a low class profession that will not bring good to an individual. Not knowing that, these people that they are talking about lightly are the ones who maintain the hospitals for it to be able to run and cater the people in need of their services. Due to this stigma, Nurses today are suffering from the vulgarity, bullying, short staffing and long working hours which causes intimidation that threatens their very well-being.”
