Sorcerer instead of Terra is what comes in my mind in replace to Shadow. Just as you said Shadow is bad at the moment and I kinda test it out. It only got 1 useful big damage, big orb skill and that's about it. Sorcerer's summon on the other hand will be boosted because of the other 2 classes.
GH is Enchanter > Corsair > BM better if you don't have a high crit stat? New player and I feel like assasin Hasisas potion is not fully utilized yet since i don't have a high enough crit rate to proc it in maps from west jung to path of desition. Are there other better options to replace Assasin with or assasin is still better? Don't have the silver yet to properly gear my character.
What are your thoughts on Elementalist > Pyromancer > Cryomancer? I've been thinking of doing this build since Ele + Pyro synergizes great plus the CC of cryo

I suggest getting Onmyoji for the extra dark dmg buff (for up to 50 secs) from yin-yang attributes to buff your lock skills ;) build is tos.guru/itos/simulator?tinyurl=y7zaylpb It's also very easy to control (especially compared to Sorc, I like that class but Onmy is way easier). Good luck!

My only problem with this near awesome build is Terramancer since it offers no synergy whatsoever with the other 2 (or any class... The dmg is OK but nothing to write home about, really). As many people commented, Sorc would make more sense (or Necro, both are dark damage). I however think micro-managing minions AND AoE skills is awful, so I prefer to go Necro-Sorc-Bokor on another character instead and to pair up my FF-Lock with Onmyoji instead (much better dmg and AoE skills than Terramancer and that sweet and amazing 50 secs dark damage buff from the yin-yang skill's attribute! Get it with meteor, storm dust and hail and you're set.
