RPG Explosion Proof Robotic Spray Painting & Transfer

RPG robotic spray painting system is full automatic setup with following devices:
One set explosion proof painting robot with turntable system
One set yaskawa transfer robot with custom fixture for workpiece handling
One set water filtration spray booth with painting robot hang structure
Turntable is fully inside spray booth edges (we tailored spray booth tank according to the turntable base)
Product is loaded to a suppport tray and moving on power & free conveyor system. A transfer robot will pick automatically when passing the spray booth area then put on painting robot turntable for robotic spray painting. Once done, the robot will take out and put it back to conveyor for the next finishing station. This process will repeat till we give stop signal.
