Looks amazing! A bit of a recommendation would be to place the cast iron on the stove at medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes after it comes out of the oven to have a beautiful browning of the sugar and pineapple.

I have a question for you I bought a garlic press I'm not very happy with it I think I can stay better time continue chopping up my garlic is there a certain brand that you can recommend that I buy because this one was more work to me then just cutting it up.
