Первый механизм был у нас на крышке устройства поперечной резки в типографии. Работает только когда обе пружины с одинаковым усилием. Если одна ослабнет, то конструкция идет по песте и не попадает круг в паз. Все четыре не прослужили и полгода, хоть и были настоящие немецкие 😢
Мне кажется, это уже неправильное применение в конкретной реализации. Такие фиксаторы должны служить только фиксации в одной плоскости (по одной степени свободы) и не предназначены решать задачи соосности соединения сочленения, устранение люфта не по оси движения - это не его задача. Проще говоря, у вас круг в паз должен попадать всегда - даже без пружин вовсе (или если вы удалите пружину с одной стороны, оставив вторую). Пружины не центруют, они только удерживают круг в пазу до усилия освобождения. Если оно у вас "болтается вбок" - это не проблема этого соединения, это значит - проектировщик курил бамбук, и не продумал наличие правильных петель. А эта приколюха - просто фиксирует положение в пазу. Работать она будет, как задумано, даже если пружины ослабляются по-разному при эксплуатации. Боковые люфты = неправильная эксплуатация, или неправильный проект и монтаж.
А что неясного? Иногда требуются откидные плоскости с фиксацией в крайнем положении. Это первая приколюха решает. У меня есть откидной верстак, и там я сам городил самопальную фиксацию в откинутом положении. Потратил время... Тут, если бы такое купил, было бы проще и быстрее на порядки. Причём, если натяг пружин сделать болтами, можно регулировать и жёсткость фиксации. Удобно... А второе - это разъёмное соединение для сложнодоступных мест. Когда ты можешь боковые плоскости прикрутить шурупами заранее (если они точно размечены), а потом на месте с угла уже одним болтом соединение зафиксировать. Тоже бывает необходимо. Вы просто не знаете, видимо, сколько нервов иногда тратишь "на мелочи" в монтаже, особенно встраиваемой мебели и техники. Такие "мелочи" экономят силы монтажников и позволяют решения легко обслуживать потом.

I think that the first thing is good for the doors of the shelf in my kitchen because the old one doesn't have spring and axle so the door directly bend those metal on that object which keep the metal part between it to properly close the door which caused one of the 2 metallic plates to Crack and now our shelf door is opened not closing

People haven't lost the ability to critically think...they have just focused on the idea of thinking critically about making every possible thing easier when it shouldn't be. Some things are and should be hard. Like building fucking custom furniture. I'm a woodworker and this sucks, doesn't explain anything, and it's lazy nonsense.

It's meant for shelf and cupboards door. Another alternative is magnet. It have no moving part.
