What a treat...I'm an American that lived in Edinburgh 2002-03...it hasn't changed too much! Recognized at around 35:00 the Starbucks sign on Princes Street...wonder if it's the same one I used to frequent. It was on the second floor and had huge windows giving a spectacular view of the castle. One of my favorite memories was sitting there on a winter afternoon, watching snow fall outside, with the castle in the background. It was magical and picturesque, like gazing inside a life-size snow-globe.
Im very impressed your landscape abilities really show here. Thank you for bringing such a tranquil setting of Edinburgh.

Es precioso Edimburgo.sus calles ,tanto verde ,arboles por todas partes y ese canal hermoso.
Si note que a diferencia de Inglaterra por ejemplo que estan al lado.los canales tenian mucha malesa en sus muros y ademas hay mucho rayado en las barandas .
Pero aun asi y todo es muy bello .
Me encantaria conocer esas preciosas tierras ,clima perfecto.(para mi).

I don't understand why in the world the city of Edinburgh doesn't WATER AIR BRUSH the medieval buildings that are the landmarks! It would radically change the architecture and bring it back to it's initial glory.
I don't think you are allowed, is just my opinion as some buildings are historic graded... something in uk laws
@@LADmob an air pressure water cleanse doesn’t damage buildings, even if UNESCO stamped. It’s bizarre if it’s in the UK laws, cause the Royal castles actually get maintenance while those in Scotland don’t? Peculiar indeed
@haikaikokoni Many of the stone buildings have been cleaned. I grew up in the area in the 1970s and the buildings were all black with pollution back then.
@@haikaikokoni369_ why? These are extremely old buildings and don’t need air brushed just to make them look better for tourists.

Awful smelling place reeking of alchohol and bad drains...
The f...c..ng castle weird man, really weird back whn i was young i climbed up to castle bought ticket from ticket vendor...now i had to argue with strangers from latvia or somewhere. I asked were ticket booth was. gave me rude answr
And edinburgh i was told is now international city..what BS my partners friends family all from scotland...its scotland for its locals first...as any country should be for its locals first then the tourists...priorities first..
Weird castle now with disgusting solar panels on top of an ancient castle...its appalling. Disrespectful to an ancient monument. None of us can face visiting this embarrassing once a good city. Now a laughing stock.by wef..
