Okay so "roll like a buffalo" is a funny line but it kinda makes sense. It's a relatively well-known term (at least in Canada) that a herd of buffalo "roll" across the plains. They gather so much momentum that they create an unstoppable force to the point that they'll run right off a cliff. So when you think about it, they're saying that they want to be unstoppable.
