Summary:
1. *Sleepy during class:* class me full attention do, notes banana band karo, concept ko samjho. Be a good listener.
2. *Dopamine:* dopamine releasing activites se mukti pao, saadha jivan chuno.
3. *Alarm:* Stop using alarm! Body will naturally select its sleep schedule. Quality sleep > quantity, but both are necessary.
4. *Mindfulness:* 3/4th khaana hai, slowly & mindfully khaana hai, body fully digest karega and digestion won't be delayed. Saare hormones correctly release honge. Mindless eating=over-eating. Quality > Quantity.
5. Enough *water* piye.
6. *Sleep is more important.* Don't reduce sleep to study. It will automatically be reduced by good and healthy habits & behaviors. Don't risk health. Body ko jitna sleep chaiye utna dijiye.
7. *Negative thoughts:* Hatred or negativity drains mental energy & releases neural hormones which damage the body. To undo that damage the body sleeps more. So think positively and have good behaviors towards others so that negativity never reaches you.
8. Use *eye mask* and *ear plugs* to remove noise and light during sleep. Ideally 9-10pm to 5-6am. But if noise in day then study at night.

I wasted two months because I couldn't understand the concepts taught in my coaching classes. It's frustrating, and I feel foolish about it. My family has already paid the fees for the coaching, so they don't want me to quit. When I come home from the coaching institute, I end up spending three more hours watching lectures on UA-cam. This not only wastes my time at the institute but also costs extra money for transportation. The institute tried to switch me to a different batch, but even in the new batch, I'm still struggling to understand chemistry. My school exam marks have also gone down. I'm currently in 12th grade and not sure what to do. After a break in 11th grade, I watched lectures on UA-cam and solved questions from a study material called Cengage. I was able to solve most of the JEE Advanced questions that way. But if I tell my parents that I want to leave coaching, they refuse because they have already paid 30,000 rupees, which is half of the total fees. I need advice on what to do next.

Bro Explain your parents about this exam how imp is this. Iam from Telangana here we don't have school after tenth we directly have junior colleges and they teach jee and as well as make us prepare for boards. Timings are from 8 A.M to 7:00 P.M. hence no time for self study so I told my father about this exam and said to him that I will try my best. Iam in average batch. That is + point for me because in a week I plan my week when to go to college and when to take leave. And in leave days I self study. And for chemistry you might be struggling with organic if it is then start organic from IUPAC as organic is interconnected. If you are struggling with physical may be your Mole concept is weak first strong it and physical chemistry is all about practice. And some chapters like elcetro chemistry your should have little command about thermo and equilibrium. These two are lengthy chapters so I prefer type JEE NEXUS SAVE YOUR 12TH on UA-cam you will get both maths and chemistry 11 th topics required for 12th.ALL THE BEST.

Bhaiya i am a jee 2023 aspirant. I have decided to make it to iit in whatever time is left. Padhna bhi shuru kar diya hai . Lekin itne time me kaise hoga ? Yeh thought thora pressure and stress develop kar deta hai. Pls agar aap stress reduction pe ek vid banayenge it will be really helpful.
The option is to skip school a few days a week or else trust me it gets really hard. I attend school only for 3 days out of 5 every week and manage it by giving some random reason

Mere pass neend cut off karne ke siwa aur koo chara nhi hai and mai pure 5-6 hrs ki sleep le toh rha hu utna toh enough hai

Main samajta hu tumhe abhi lag raha hoga ki din mein agar 28 ghante hote tab tum kuch kar pate par bhai bahut log hai jo kar rahe hai. Agar aap 11th mein ho abhi toh manage karna koi badi baat nahin hai. 1 day mein 5 -6 hours lectures and 4-6 hour question solving enough hai

Whereas English can be convered a month before boards.

@@anindyaroythetechmaster phe is the most scoring one I got 99 in PE(max in any subject). Having 6 subjects can be benificial incase you mess up any one main subject it can be replaced. And remember though JEE is more important but you won't get another chance for 12th
Don't be confused whether to study for JEE or Boards
Prepraing for advance gives a in-dept clarity of concepts.(This is the thing i lacked, got 90%ile in mains, would be dropping)
