This is a type of horizontal ball mill and the feed is taken as per the capacity of ball mill which is designed by the manufacturer and depend upon the factor like mill dia and length , product size is near about 20% retained on 90 micron

Hp means high pressure(pre jacking pump) which lifts the mill upto 0.5 mm for making a layer of oil (320) between mating parts ans LP pump is used to lubricate this layer in running condition. HP pump pressure minimum 60kg and lp pump pressure is 2to 4.5 kg

Please specify speed range of low speed ,high speed and optimum speed.

At low speeds, the balls roll over each other and attrition will be the predominant mode of stress
At correct speed:centrifugal force will develop and as a result the balls are picked up by the mill wall and it is carried to the top, from where these balls fall down to the bottom again this balls picked up and this process is repeated
At correct speed impact stress involved
At higher speed :
The balls are thrown out to the wall by centrifugal force. Hence grinding will not occur.
