Fantastic video. Brings back many memories of time spent there and amidst the White Mountains as a young boy in 1962. How times have indeed changed. Video content A+

Thank you for your honest review. i hope you will or have enjoyed my recent videos also. I don't do a lot to make them bright and shiny to "sell them" but I want them to come across as if you, the viewer was in the coach traveling with us seeing what we see in the light and conditions we are in.

Heading up that way in early October. I'll give Brownstown a holler, and tell them you sent me. Maybe I will even run into you fishing a stream someday.

I found it to be a very nice RV/camp site with the mini western town and displays very interesting.

I have been camping at Horton Creek since it was free to camp there. I watched them plant those trees, and watched them grow over the years and then watched as they let most of them die off due to lack of watering. After being free forever, BLM started charging at $5 per night. Then it went to $8 and now it's $10. I have the senior pass though which cuts it in half. Thanks for the video.

Yes, sometimes there are "actual benefits" to being old. The SR. pass cutting costs in half is one of them for us travelers/

By the way, the "Pit" campground used to be where the city stuck all the homeless tweekers. Then later they made it what it is now. I have no idea what they did with all the tweekers. @@doggonervn211

    Nice look around Mark.
I don't like those rough roads..
    Yes..take your time

Yes, the roads after the heavy rainfalls they have had can be turned into a road for a 4x4 or high clearance vehicle. Not the best for a low clearance van!

Ya but it’s catch and release? I wonder why? It’s in the middle of nowhere!

I catch fish TO EAT, not release! Guess I'll fish elsewhere, LOL.
