So I tried something, playing him like a sniper until the middle of the game where I start to moove for push and use the "armor", but sometimes you need to accept on somes maps what you just press "Z" and you don't have time to fight.

WG , give this tank 150 more alpha or 10 seconds reload or 60 armour everywere. one of this 3 , pick one, but for FFS make it worthy of tier 10 :(
To be honest it's in a decent spot. I quite like it. I would buff a bit of it's dpm but other than that it's good that it has weak spots
