It’s HARD to work with your spouse .. I can only imagine with the climate of everything going on, on top of their work load.. it had to be intense! My husband and I work together and you lose that romantic relationship a lot and then your marriage can easily turn into just the business

Kelly is so sweet. But I do understand why friends saw it coming... the fact that her husband was her exec manager at the show. That's wayyy too much. She needed boundaries. Actually, she shared maybe on Ellen or her won show.. that she did NOT want to do the Kelly show.... but that her husband pushed her basically to do it because he "wanted" to share her positiveness to others.. & so now that they divorced.. it sounds like maybe she did it to please him. It’s 100% true. The papers have been filed and are public knowledge. That’s why people started talking about it, not because it was rumored.
Kelly stretched herself because fame only lasts for so long. Point being: she CHOSE to do these jobs. Period! Brandon was her manager; they worked together 24/7. Not a good idea IF you want a relationship/marriage AND a career. No break between work and home life. I am surprised they were married as long as they were. She SHOULD have hired someone else to manage her career. Maybe then her marriage would have had a chance; or maybe not. Who really knows?

I feel bad for her situation. I always felt it was strange the way she got married and then a week later announced that she was pregnant. She filed for joint custody, so they will have their dad. Also, keep in mind she works three full-time jobs plus has a ranch to keep running, plus writes songs, plus has to do interviews and photoshoots and heaven knows what else. There are only so many hours in the day. The "I worked harder than you did and with less money too," battle between women needs to stop, we should be supporting each other and rooting each other on because we all know how difficult it is to be a woman in today's world. We're not all expected to just stay at home anymore (although some do; I do); we're expected to work and keep the house, and take care of the kids, sometimes single-handedly.
