Seeing that 1st person titan embarking made me realize how much i missed em from the 1st game. Then it made me realize how badass it would be to see em with your style in the 3rd. Then I got depressed.
You can see the style from his time in 2019 and 2022 animating with how fluid yet realistically stiff the animation beats too. Actually one of the best animators I’ve ever seen. An inspiration to us all
I don't know if you noticed but it was first person like Titanfall 1, except Titanfall 2 only had 3rd person embarking animations. I always preferred the first person shots.

Fun Fact: The Super Mario 2 that we got in America was actually a reskin of another game that only released in Japan. The real Super Mario 2 was also only in Japan because Nintendo feared it was too much for American gamers and that it looked exactly like Super Mario 1.
Great work! The Flatline animation is excellent, but it was also really neat to see BT brought to life again from someone who worked on Titanfall. God, I want TF3 so bad.
If Titanfall 3 comes to life i hope EA won't destroy it with ''woke''...Titanfall was just right with their characters like Sarah that felt right in their place and not ''forced'' by diversity guidelines.
I love this Animation and its Attention to Detail The Movements feel very Believable and Heavy The Muzzle Flash and the Heat Distortion while Firing are also on Point
Your excessive capitalization is difficult to read. You just need to capitalize the first letter of a sentence and of proper nouns. Not of every other word.
Gotdayum, Hyper being a god of animation as usual. The slight bolt bounce as it returns to battery, the dust cover opening when the bolt passes the protrusion instead of as soon as the character touches the charging handle, details as small as the freakin mag release being moved when the mag is fully inserted! incredible.
I mean people like their technical realism, but I think the "human" parts of the animation are even harder to make, are more expressive, and sell the animation. Note the way the shooting hand adjusts the grip while changing magazines. Or the way that when you switch to full-auto, the hands pull the rifle back into the shoulder, to brace for recoil (in single-shot mode, the rifle is farther from the camera, and dangles more, as if it was held loosely, the cheek weld is all over the place, as if you were shooting on the run). And the overextended index finger when the other hand lets the bolt go (it's relaxed at first, but as soon as the rifle is loaded, it sticks out as if by muscle memory - supposedly ingrained by training).
Didn't know you worked on titanfall 2, but the quality of your fan works makes a lot more sense now. Such an underrated gem, very sad what the higher ups and corporate bigwigs did to that game. It deserved far better.
Nearly brought to tears man. Titanfall 1 absolutley captured my imagination. I'd so hoped to see more of that gritty and desperate universe explored. TF2 was awesome. You got my teenage imagination racing again.
I never played much of the multiplayer, but I loved Frontier mode. Next time I pick it up, I'll definitely try out the V-47 Flatline. Thank you for helping to make a fantastic game. =)

I never really understood why the Flatline has that weird pop out thing when you equip it. I initially thought that its a genius design as like a compact assault rifle. But after some further inspection i realized that it doesnt fully extend. The whole barrel part is stationary anyway. So really its size doesnt change that much. Maybe you know anything about its concept idea?
I believe the flatline is partially inspired by the Lynx (a bullpup anti-material rifle), which uses a long-recoil system. The barrel reciprocates as part of the cycling, and when not in use can be stored in the rearward position. If the Flatline uses the same system (downsized of course), the "pop out" could be the barrel and bolt snapping into place after the release catch is hit. There's something I want to point out here that I haven't seen mentioned in the comments, and that's the sense of scale you've given BT here. Seeing him stand at very near full height, he's FUCKING HUGE!!! The games never really gave as good of a sense of that, although that might come from how much time you spend above ground level. So an on foot, regular-ass-dude height POV of BT standing in front of you gives me an entirely new appreciation of scale I never got before!! Absolutely everything here is utterly stellar, and I'm so so glad I got to see you animate it!!

The animation is so good, it looks like those gopro videos of people over-dramatizing real-life reloads with airsoft guns rather than an actual experienced shooter/military/LE guy reloading a real gun.
