Is 5kg the highest you think the Raider should go? Or would it be possible to put in a stronger spring?

I think 7kg is possible. Of course, with another plunger, plunger rod and so on 10kg or more should work.

I think the power of a the raider with the 5 kg spring is a little bit higher than the stock rampage.
