I thought it was an allegory for plague- adults had immunity from prior outbreaks, then the rats die, then the children die, due to the “spotted piper” (the plague), who called them all away.
@ keep it up, in light of the topic of this video there are some other famous disappearances; the Dyatlov Pass incident, the vanished crew of the Mary Celeste, people trying to find Slumach’s mine, the lost colony of Roanoke. Hammerson Peters did a pretty good deep dive into the geographic triangle in BC that has had a lot of people disappear in it. His channel is one that has gotten better as he has made more content. David Paulides has also done a lot of research into the recurring factors in people vanishing again in geographic clusters. Coincidentally many of these cluster zones are located in regions with caves and caverns, which when you mentioned the cave in this video about the Pied Piper it immediately made me think of that.
@mantistobogganmd6580 You share great stories I know well, but there are already tons of videos on them. I'm trying a fresh approach. For example, I'm working on a video about the Gibraltar Point Lighthouse legend, but with a twist. I'll be visiting the lighthouse and documenting the experience for you all. That video likely won’t drop until June. Don't tell anybody though is a secret!!
Agreed that is why I offered the "Children Crusade" theory because some historical documentation supports the idea that some of those children where sold as slaves.
Childrens Crusade related? Several pipers in the history of that event are documented. Always look for the truth yourself. Thanks for the video and best of luck friend.
Just one last point. The church often omits or rewrites history. Talk all with a grain of salt. There is a document written by a Monk describing at least 2 young men enticing children to join the army of God with music on this endeavor. Very secret, hard to get much information on said Childrens Crusade.
You raise a great point-I’d love to discuss the early church’s history. As a history major, I agree there are no "saints" in history. I wish the church would inspired true faith, but evidence often suggests otherwise. Thanks for your comment, brother-hope you stick around!
741, 1000, or 1 year-no history should be forgotten. The accuracy or inaccuracies of history shapes humanity's actions. Thanks for staying, even if it was for 9 seconds!!

Not the best quality but I hope to improve !!!

Far too slow. And what is the stupid noise?
Is it because you think we have fallen asleep?
What noise mate? Generally curious for I can fix that during editing. I don't mind if you fall asleep to my videos. Thanks for your comment!!
You make a loud arrgh sound twice during the video.
@@bellyarty I'll be sure to improve on it, thanks for the feedback!!
