I settled on slightly stressing my 's' sounds, then going back in post and adjusting the EQ @ the 4-6kHz range, so that the hiss was even more pronounced. Then I realized two minutes after opening that I could use nylon fabric as a potential foley for slithering/coiling. 😔
I've actually never watched BNHA, so any similarities are entirely coincidental. I recently had someone at work comment that my speaking voice sounds like Laios from Dungeon Meshi when my neck is bent at certain angles. Actually, do the copyright gods get mad when you do ASMR of popular characters?
