Heck i've played him all in Season 1 and nothing but Ryu. but people pick Akuma more because he has a lot more tools that appeases to people. Kinda like me. although, i've always been more of an akuma/evil ryu type of player than Ryu himself.

There isn't a safe zone, a pattern, or safe move that Gief players can fall back on, in comparison to Shotos fireballs, Guiles Sonic Boom....etc., . It really calls for peak awareness at tournament levels. I think it would help him improve with Gief very quickly if he played Rank.

Crazy. He needs to go watch "el chakote" at combo breaker and take notes.
