- Book binding is so easy when you use the Mini Cinch tool from We R Memory Keepers! In this class we show you how to use the Mini Cinch and create some different notebooks and mini albums. Warning - this tool is addicting! :)

I got my mini cinch quite awhile ago and have used it a few times by “guesstimating” which to use (A, B or C). I had no idea what the ABC box to the right hand side meant. Your explanation at 10:40 was PERFECT. That’s primarily all I needed. Thank you!

WOW Thanks girls for such a great video. I felt I was there with you. I bought my machine quite some time ago and put it away until today when I wanted to bind a lot of papers (and had almost forgotten about this magic machine!). Seriously you two are so fun! You make the whole process simple. I didn't know you could use bigger O wires with the mini or that you could use it for larger books. I liked that you showed lots of examples. I am making a photo book for my nephew's wedding shower - there is going to be a photo booth and I will have this book all set up with the invitation on the cover and place for people to write notes by their photo on the inside. These are adorable books! I ordered a mini cinch along with preorder papers yesterday on your site. I am just waiting for the preorder items to come into stock before I will receive my cinch. You can laminate whatever you use for the cover, so if you decoupage pictures on the cover after it dries you can laminate it then punch

Thx for that tutorial wich is really cool but I have a question: how tick the all note book can be with 5/8 binding wire?
I am watching this 2 years later and wonder if you realise now that you need to flip the back cover to the front before cinching. When you flip it to the back after cinching it hides that seam.
Is there any other binding wire that works besides the cinch I find it to be kind of flimsy.
How would I do 3 holes on top and a space in middle and 3 holes on bottom? What size paper and covers would I need TFS
Since you did your layering of your paper the way you did it, can you add more pages later?
To add more papers you would need to pull open the binding, add the papers, and re-cinch it. We recommend you put in the amount of pages you want or a few extra before cinching it.
If I wanted the book to be thicker what size binding rings can I use.. I like to add embellishments to my pages like buttons .. dimensional stickers..TFS
We also sell 1" binding wires. If you want to use the Mini Cinch with this size you need to get the rounding of it started with your hands first so it can fit inside of the Mini Cinch. www.acherryontop.com/shop/product/169262

Instructions are included with the Mini Cinch. We added our covers on in the order of back cover, inside pages, then front cover.
How many sheets of watercolor were you able to punch at one time, I also would like to make a sketch books for watercolor ...I subscribed to your channel.. I know you said you can do up to 1/2 of paper but since I'm new to this I was wondering how many sheets to cut to size first as I have a big roll of arches..I been watching many videos of hand made watercolor books but you need awl I'm older and my hands sometimes are arthritic so this tool seems like I can use easy and make some sketch books for friends and family who like to paint..you can always add a piece of ribbon at end to hide the end piece...mikelle art mom
Can I use 110lb cardstock and cover with pattern paper or cardstock?
Yes! The Cinch can cut through a lot👍

Can the mini cinch use o wires that are larger than the recommended size which is 0.625 inch (1.59cm) O wires ? This size seems to be sold out everywhere.
Yes, it works with all of the other cinch wires. With some of the larger wires you may have to start bending them with your hands before they can fit in the mini cinch.
I am using 6x8 in paper putting holes on the 8 in side at the end it always has a half cut hole? How to fix that I put it in number 3
Did you start your hole punching with your small blue piece (it is on the left side of the cinch) in slot A?
Yes I did and everytime I get the half hole on the end
What's the largest sized book a mini cinch can make A4 ?
It can punch and bind projects up to 12 inches tall!
@@ACherryOnTopCrafts😳 Wow !! I made a 6x8 as my 1st Sketchbook as a Christmas gift for a friend. 😔 The binding wire was bent in the packaging so it wasn't round circles but had a flat edge.
What weight of chipboard does this use. Do you need to purchase the we are memory keepers brand only

Can we use the binding coil in plastic and if so, I find the 5/8 size but then it says 4:1 or 3:1, help please...
We have not tried the spiral binding wires, but I believe it should work because it works on the large cinch.

I'm making a cinch book for recipes later but at this moment I'm making one with foto's of my clothes 🧍♀️🧍🧍♂️I'm not owning a "walk in closet" but now I'm checking my "walk in book" for what to wear today 😊
Maybe later I wil be making one with foto's of different hairstyles.
Sometimes you don't remember what looked good on you and with this "hair looks book" you do 😊
What other size wires can you use? I brought the variety pack..TFS
The Mini Cinch works best with 5/8" wires, which means it might not be able close the binding on a 1" or larger wire as efficiently. It will work on all of the wires in the variety pack.
How thick can this book be with the variety pack binding rings ?TFS
The biggest book we have tried with the 5/8" wire is 1/2".
