Famous Buildings: Engineering STEM Activity

What is an architect? Today we're making models of famous buildings from around the world! Using clay and toothpicks, learn to build ancient Egyptian Pyramids, the Empire State Building in New York, and the Eiffel Tower in France in this STEM project for elementary aged kids. We’ll talk about each of these famous buildings during this engineering activity for kids and explain what an architect is. We'll even talk a bit about angles and shapes. Architecture for kids is fun and easy!
