Hi, I’m in USA with legal status, I filed I-485 case trough my EB-1 case, my case is still pending,
last month my Wife won DV- lottery she is Back to my country with my kids, she never been or apply USA visa before, my question is when Interview is scheduled back to my country do I have to go for interview with my wife and kids together, or I can stay in USA and select my interview location in USA, while my Wife and kids can go for interview themselves back to my country?
